I am trying.mine tells me that I have to update my media flash player. I am
doing that.

I had to allow the program to install it. It was a different little program
icon on the bottom of my desktop screen. I had to close out that screen for
it to install. When it was done, it brought the web page back up and there
was a 30 second commercial and then the puppy bowl footage starts.

Thanks Rose for all the help. I am working on it. Funny any place else I try
a video, I don't have a problem, just seems to be this site.

Peggy,

I've been reading about this problem and there seem to be a few
solutions that work for some people. Here they are.

(1)

Thank you for using Microsoft Answers forums. I suggest you uninstall and
reinstall flash player.

Manual Flash Player Uninstaller

r.exe

Manual Flash Player Installer

(2)

Go to tools, Internet options and click on the security tab. Now at the top
you will see Trusted sites, click on it and you can now click on the Sites
button. Just enter you site that is not playing video(www.cnn.com)make sure
you take the check mark off authentication.

Here is the answer:

In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom, "User
data persistence" and change it to Disable and restart the web browser.

Hope one of these works for you.
