Hello all,

I am a first time poster and have to say some of the items on here are quite
useful.

Now however I need to reach out for some feedback and help.

My little man. He is a 9 year old short hair apple head. I found him in a
shelter about a year ago and he has thoroughly bonded with me (which makes my
wife jealous once in a while!) but in any case, here is the issue. Initially
when I got him he was a healthy 8lbs and very lively. At the shelter he was in,
they had him on Purina One Toy Breed which is what I fed him in the beginning.
However, he lost a lot of weight very quickly even eating 2 cups a day of the
toy breed. So I switched him to small dog at the recommendation of the folks at
the shelter he came from. I now feed him Purina One Small dog. The new problem,
he has become somewhat lethargic, he has problems keeping food down, and he has
some trouble going to the bathroom that he has never had before. What should I
be feeding him? What works for some of you, and have any of you seen this in
your little ones?
