With temps as low as -20 in the Ukraine, an outdoor Dog Kennel in Romania and, filled with dogs in wire cages gets hit with a blizzard and buries all the cages.
Don't they have laws there to protect the dogs? How can they keep dogs outside like that, when they always have harsh winters?!! How horrible for those dogs. I can't imagine all the frostbite that they will have, and no food for days, and only frozen snow to drink. Makes me mad and cry at the same time! Wait for it.
