I have never seen a release agreement to be able to go to a Pet Expo. However, this is an excellent idea. Just want to pass this on to you to read. I think an agreement like this needs to be required for all pet fairs. Sometimes some of the dogs are just not friendly. Also, it assures, unless the owner blatently lies that the pets are up to date on vaccines so that nothing is passed on. I do know that some of you refuse vaccines for your Chihuahuas and other breeds, but to me this would guarantee that Dolly & Desi don't catch something while there (as long as the owners are all honest.)
