This is very natural behavior. Our 3 year old routinely humps his beds. sometimes when he is obsessive about it I will take it/them away but mostly we just ignore it or I distract him to a different activity. It is harmless unless they start going after you or your guests. It is not usually sexual unless maybe it is an un-neutered male. Sometimes I think it just feels good on his little "parts". Our 4 year boy old who does "mark" on occasion never humps anything. Sue FL/MI
