Ardy, bad doggie breath is usually from bad teeth or a diet that is not agreeing with your dog, or digestive problems. Since Ceci is a puppy, it is possible that she may have a couple of puppy teeth that are loose or infected because they didn't come out when they should have. If you can't see and throughly check all of her teeth, then a Vet visit may be in order. It may also be that the Purina dog food doesn't agree with her. Personally, I would never feed any dog Purina, they still use road side kill for their meat and too many cheap fillers. Keep her just on the Royal Canin and see if her breath gets any better after two weeks. If not, then it could be her teeth.
