This is very sad.  Simply another reminder that children/infants should not be 
left with ANY dog unsupervised.  I know that even a little chihuahua can give a 
bad bite to a child.  
When our granddaughter who is 18 months old, comes over for a visit.  We allow 
the sogs to see her briefly, then I put them in another room.  This just allows 
peace for everyone, and no accidents.  Everyone is safe this way.
