Yeah we have had a lot of rain the last week or so and they have gotten worse.

We have lots of them in the dune grass in our neighborhood. i comb our boys
carefully each evening after our walk and pick them off. Yuck. One advantage
of the draught we are in is that there have been fewer ticks lately.

A lot of the state parks we visit seem to have the most trouble. I am in
Zflorida, and I still only walk the dogs at the campsite, not hiking into the
woods, and still seem to pick up one.
Feel bad for you guys, I am only dealing with it when we take the RV for
weekend trips.
