I usually order twice a year. Once before Christmas and once before Dolly's Birthday (May 20). At Christmas I order some clothes for both of mine, and last year they had fantastic deals on collars, harnesses and leashes so that I can switch them out once in a while. I also got them some treat puzzles and some treats for my neighbors. I ordered enough to get the $5.99 shipping and of course, no small order fee. Before Dolly's birthday I always order for her birthday and Desi's birthday. I ordered some things for Mandy and then some PetzLife Gel for my friend not too far from here. I also ordered for my friend in FL who send me stuff for Dolly & Desi. Two of the dresses for Dolly's birthday don't have a big enough neck to go over her head - the same style as another she has. I got a return number but then I got sick. I will have to call to see if the return number is still good. I do like that everything comes on a hanger and a plastic bag over it. They don't get all bent in the box and they use tons of packing popcorn.
