My son said that they had a bad one in southern CA last month and then FL had a bad one a couple of months ago, so why not NY? Actually they think this was the 3rd one we had this summer. The other two some of the weather men listed as a freak high wind, and yet others argued they too were tornadoes. Ask the people who went through them and they say that it was a tornado, although no one had pictures of them to prove it.
