[Chihuahuas] Deworming

I have a question. My puppy is 12 weeks old. They dewormed him four weeks
ago. I also started him on his heart worm med then as well. I know the
heart worm is different worms than what they deworm for. Does he need to be
dewormed again or is this just a way to get more money? We use the Petco
shot clinic.
