I have had chihuahuas for years and they have never been sick. I have twin boy long hairs now--2 years old and no problems. I got my first Chi in 1990 and before that had poodles. Never had health problems. tell her to enjoy her chihuahua and don't pay any attention to what people tell her. Ann, Pedro and Chico
