I too harness my Chi, also named Minnie, with a step-in harness that I bought off of ebay a couple of years ago. Its called a Buddy Belt, and I've included the link below. I purchased it off of ebay because finding a local retailer proved very difficult. The harness is secured more around the front legs than other harnesses I've seen to reduce the pressure on the chest and throat. The harness is made in Canada and extremely well made, with quality leather and stainless steel buckles and rivets. The downside is that these are considerably more expensive than most other harnesses that I've seen, however I've been using Minnie's BB for the past two years and it should be good for many more years as well. Good luck with any new harness that you purchase.
