I looked at the 7 weeks line and followed it over to where it said 22 ounces 
(under the 4 1/4 oz. at birth column).  This would put your pup at 4 1/2 pounds 
at 18 months.  I'd guestimate about 4 to 5 pounds at adulthood from that chart. 
 At best it is a guess....
