Another option supporting all the REQUIRED information to program a DMR
code plug  is qdmr <https://dm3mat.darc.de/qdmr/>. It is not radio
specific, so it does not support options that are unique to any specific
radio, but it has a nice graphical interface  and works well. It runs under
Linux. If that is not your cup of tea, stick to the CPS provided by the
manufacturer of your DMR radio!
