information.

 Use the Downtown Receiver as noted below.   103.5 Hz CTCSS transmit and
127.3 Hz CTCSS receive (or disable CTCSS when receiving).
VHF: Input 146.1 MHz Output 146.7 MHz

The other questions I asked was because I received this text about a
friends repeater:
147.135 - Tone encode only of 127.3
