Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: ok
Firefox 3: ok
IE 7: ok
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the browser and download a file from a known site
2. delete the downloaded file
3. browser will still show the nonworking small icon on the left corner
(down)for the downloaded file
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?

possible.
