Firefox 3: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the browser on a Gateway laptop computer.
2. Scrolling down in a page using the touchpad.
3. Attempting to scroll up in the page with the touchpad.
What is the expected result?
The page is supposed to scroll upward.
What happens instead?
The page does not scroll upward.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Even in this text field, after typing answers the the questions, I
attempted to scroll upward to view my previous answers and the touchpad did
not scroll up. However, scrolling down works well.
