I have checked up with another site of this provider, to access this account email through web. The site is, http://webmail.vsnl.in I hope this can be accessible through out world. It is having an option to store the username. It is succeeded with Chrome. So the previous mentioned site could treat it like a specific to this area, and that too it pops up, on 1st time to login to the service provider before Internet accessing. And also in between, on autologout time also pops up.
