Issue 1902: Chrome does not appear in the 'Default Applications' list on  
Windows Vista

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install chrome on Vista
2. From the Start menu launch "Default Programs" then "Set Associations".
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select HTTP (or HTTPS) from the
list of protocols
4. Click Change program...

What is the expected result?

A complete list of installed browsers including Chrome should be displayed.

What happens instead?

Chrome is not present (only IE, and Firefox - if installed - are listed).

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

The chrome installer does not appear to be adding any entries under
HKLM\Software\RegisteredApplications to identify the capabilities of the
Chrome browser (handled URLs etc.)
