Issue 35: Maxime on second larger monitor not working
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=35

Comment #37 by pixelman:
Yes, rjw.pope, I have the Windows Taskbar docked on the left edge of the
right
monitor. As soon as I move the Taskbar to the left monitor, Chrome
(maximized
incorrectly on the right) will fix itself. Then, putting the Taskbar back
on the
right, Chrome stays maximized fine. But the initial maximize is always
incorrect.

What's funny, it does the same thing if the Taskbar is docked on the left,
top or
bottom of the right screen, but if I dock it on the right, then maximizing
Chrome
covers up the Taskbar completely! Had to Alt + Space, Restore to get out
of that
one. Very weird behavior.

I'll try it on a few more dual-screen systems at work, but I think this
should be
repeatable on any dual-screen system setup w/ nVidia's DualView.
