Comment #5 by jayp.ml: I'm having same problem on Vista SP1 (32bit), Chrome 0.2.149.29, Flash 9.0 r124. It seems after flash plugin left running for extended period time for unknown reason(it just left running without eating cpu, even though theres no tabs with flash.), video on youtube stops playing after 2 second. I can -view- video on another video site, but its sound is muted. When I manually kill flash plugin in Chrome task manager, everything become normal again. I don't know which site caused flash plugin stalling... It probably has something to do with me running Chrome for long time without restarting it?
