Comment #2 by kungfaux: Should have mentioned - I'm also in the New Zealand timezone (GMT+12). This issue does not seem to occur in most other time zones. Could it be DST related? DST starts on the 28th of September here (http://www.dia.govt.nz/diawebsite.nsf/wpg_URL/Services-Daylight-Saving-Index?
