What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Chrome with --magic_browzR and open some tabs
2. Drag a tab out into a new window
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New window should be created containing the tab's contents.
Instead, a new window is created with a black content area that quickly
flashes to the content of the tab.
