Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After i'm surfing yahoo! webpage, the scroll down had working properly
but unfortunately when i'm scrolling up the Google Chrome failed to work as
what had been work at IE, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape.
2. Remark : I'm not using optical mouse, just use an embeded touch pad and
scrolling that had been built-in at notebook ACER Aspire 5570.

What is the expected result?
Scrolled up and down should work properly.
What happens instead?
scrolled down failed when using built-in scroll at my notebook Acer Aspire
5570.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
