Blah, moving to a std::list is not a great idea, because the cookie view
wants to be
able to sort the list, which is why it was using a std::vector before. I
guess I can
add the default constructor :(. Can we guard it with an #if MSCV_VER ==
XXX //
vs2008 sp1 swappable optimization bug workaround, or something?
