The cursor changes according to the element under it (text, link, input field, ...). What happens instead? The cursor does not change, it is determined by the element under the cursor before scrolling. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. It does not happen on all sites : for example google, gmail are affected, but http://code.google.com/chromium works.
