I was not able to reproduce this issue on Windows XP SP2 and Chrome
149.29. I
clicked the "Install plug-in" icon, when then prompted me to install Java.
After
installation, I clicked on the icon again, which refreshed the page and I
was able to
see/use the applet.
Can you add your system configuration (what version of Windows, Chrome,
Java you have
installed)?
What was the message you received when trying to download the Plugin? "No
plug in
available"?
