Issue 2448: "Mailto" links

New issue report by qv.personal:
have mailto links open Gmail!
or perhaps a google mail application, I hate the fact that if I
accidentally click on a mailto: link that it opens FAT outlook...
I'm not sure how to turn this from a "bug" to a "feature"
