Tested on XP local, VMware Image XP/Vista
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome v-153.0, click on toolbar with mouse wheel
2. Should open the context menu
3. Nothing is happening when you click middle button/mouse wheel
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should open the context menu
