What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chromium and click the maximise button (in the middle, top right)
2. try to minimise (on the left, top right)
3. notice how it doesn't work.
What is the expected result?
expected result is Chromium minimised to the taskbar.
What happens instead?
Chromium stays maximised.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
