Issue 2495: Chrome wants to uninstall after reinstall

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install chrome
2. Uninstall chrome
3. Reinstall chrome
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
In regular intervals a promt and a dialogue with the message "Are you sure
you want to uninstall Google Chrome? (Was ist something we said?)" appears.
So, yes i am sure i don't want to unistall, i have just reinstalled it.
This happens even when the browser is not open.
Please tell me, how it could be fixed :(
