Comment #5 by jtenman: The issue was due to my local time. I had somehow accidentally changed it so that it said it was November and not September. After I cleared that out, and then all of my cache, it started to work fine again. It has to do with how Google Chrome handles cookies (actually all browsers except Firefox).
