This is the file that contains the details of the applications installed and the drivers you have. It would help me understand what is different on your machine. If you don't mind, then : Click the windows "Start" button, then "All Programs", then "Accessories", then "System Tools", then "System Information" On the window that appeared, click "File" then "Save" and send me that file. (Directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED]) If anyone else on the thread experiencing this problem could do that too it would be great.
