Issue 2690: calendar alert appears in upper left of screen even when
browser is minimized

Product Version : 0.2.153.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install calendar as an app
2. Create an appointment with a reminder
3. Minimize calendar
4. Wait until the reminder fires
You'll get a modal pop-up in the upper-left corner of your screen even
though the calendar window is minimized. In the past the calendar task bar
button would just turn blue and the pop-up would appear when you brought up
the window by clicking on the task bar button.
