As the above mentioned site needs some live games to be going on, I took  
http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/ Click on Sign in as invisible link should  
exhibit the
same behavior and created a reduction for that website

Clicking on 'Click Me' link should result in a blocked popup. Looks like the
window.open call coming through flash is not recognized as user initiated  
popup(as it
is being called indirectly)
