Issue 2472: Indirect call to window.open, i.e. through flash, results in a blocked popup http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2472
Comment #1 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: As the above mentioned site needs some live games to be going on, I took http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/ Click on Sign in as invisible link should exhibit the same behavior and created a reduction for that website Reduction: http://go/reductions/2472/mytest-standard.htm Clicking on 'Click Me' link should result in a blocked popup. Looks like the window.open call coming through flash is not recognized as user initiated popup(as it is being called indirectly) Attachments: mytest-standard.htm 3.7 KB BootStrapper.swf 2.2 KB Issue attribute updates: Summary: Indirect call to window.open, i.e. through flash, results in a blocked popup Labels: flash Has-Reduction Chrome-specific -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
