What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to access FTP sites while your network only supports active FTP
2.

What is the expected result?
An option in the settings to be able to set active ftp mode rather than
defaulting to passive.
What happens instead?
There doesn't seem to be a way to set this.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
