Issue 3093: Pasting a Downloadable URL straight in a new tab does not
reloads the new tab page

I am not sure I understand this bug. Here is what I observed:
1. Paste the link into the new tab and hit 'Enter'. The file download
starts.
2. Paste the link into the new tab (or any any other tab, say -
www.google.com) and
click on the reload button. The page reloads and the file is not downloaded.
This is expected behavior. Did you observe something else? Can you please
give a
screenshot?
