Unfortunately, the location where this reproduces is restricted. The relative link (//inspector/stockinvestor/downloads/SIProUpdates_Primary.cfm? filename=fullupdate.exe) re-directs to an ftp download location (ftp://<username>:<password>@206.212.241.210/fullupdate.exe) What is the expected result? expected result is that a file download starts. What happens instead? "This webpage is not found. No webpage was found for the web address: <same address>" With a browser refresh, the download starts as expected.
