This page has many windowed(?) plugins on one page, which leads me to believe this may be solved by other Plug-in fixes. If you're able to reproduce this consistently, you may want to try this recent build: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-xp/2744/chrome-win32.zip No need to uninstall Chrome -- just download and unzip this file, then run the "chrome.exe" file in the extracted folder.
