Comment #5 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: I was not able to reproduce this with either Adobe Reader or Acrobat 9 Pro. This sounds familiar to other issues that have come up with installed plug-ins not being found, or users being asked repeatedly to install a plug-in, even after installing. We're not sure what is causing this, but you may want to try re- installing Acrobat/Reader to see if that fixes the problem for you. Thanks for the report!
