Step 2: I guess, you mean select any page number choice (?).
The crash doesn't produce in XPSP3. Are you able to reproduce the crash
consistently? If you can send us the dump file (email to my address), that
will be
great.
Here are the instructions, to get the dump file.
-Close all running instances of Chrome.
-In command line go to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Google\Chrome\Application
-chrome –noerrdialogs (hit enter)
-With this new Chrome window, reproduce the browser crash
(pls note, if chrome browser crashes, you don't notice any crash window,
but it
will just disappear.
-Open Start \ Run and type in %TEMP% and hit Enter
-sort the list by "Date modified"
-you can find the latest .dmp file in the list (the dmp file may start
similar
to "3ccb9c93-8e2f-4059-8922-71d3afd1952c.dmp"
-If you can attach this file, that will be great.
