Okey, I'm going to reopen this, as I can reproduce the part of the bug with
MagicBrowser.
Repro Steps:
-Launch Chrome and Maximize it.
-Relaunch Chrome.
Expected: It should be in maximized state.
Actual: It opens with previous state.
PS: I can reproduce this only for maximized state only. I can't repro, if
chrome is
resized and relaunched.
