In 0.2.149.30 this worked for me in a gmail reply textarea with 149.30 XP
SP3 as long
as I did not open the message in a New Window.
If I go to a message and select New Windows from the options on the top
right I get a
new window and select with shift-pageup/pagedown no longer works.
