The screen shot doesn't seem to match the bug report. It is the case that
in classic
mode, Yahoo! Mail appears to use a regular textarea, not rich text. This
also
happens in Safari. This explains why there is no toolbar above the text
box. This
appears to be due to Yahoo! Mail detecting the user agent string and is not
something
we can fix on our side.
