I'm running the following: Chrome version 0.2.149.30 Windows Vista Ultimate (SP1) Flash version WIN 9,0,115,0 I notice this a lot when I leave Chrome open for extended periods of time. The sites I see it happen with the most are youtube.com and hulu.com. Restarting Chrome always fixes the issue.
