What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit a phishing website which has been removed from DNS recently
2. Continue on the Warning page. (redirects you to DNS error page)
3. Go to the website a second time (go back, and then forward)
4. Continue again on the warning page

What is the expected result?
Show the DNS error page again. (It should either show the DNS error page
after the warning page (again), or should check DNS before displaying
phishing warnings)
