What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an application shortcut
2. launch the application
3. try resizing the window vertically
What is the expected result?
the vertical scrollbar should scale
What happens instead?
the vertical scrollbar doesn't scale and gets cropped if height exceeds the
height of the window. It resizes if I try resizing the window horizontally.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
