What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to a page with a title
What is the expected result?
Entire title is visible in a fixed location in the browser UI
What happens instead?
Title is displayed only in the tab and normally cut short
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Presently, the only way to see the complete title of a page is with the tab
mouse over tool tip. The title of a page is too important to be stuck
there. Web designers generally expect the entire title to be visible all
the time as this is what other browsers do.
