i have also the same problem when used in proxy.pac config file.
it just get ignored it seems.
function FindProxyForURL(url, host)
{
if (shExpMatch(url, "http://mysite.com/*";)) {
return "SOCKS proxy:1080";
}else{
return "DIRECT";
}
}
